KKK Joins Immigration Debate With Calls for "Corpses" on the Border

With thousands of undocumented children amassing at the U.S. border, Robert Jones, Imperial Wizard of the Loyal White Knights of the Ku Klux Klan, doesn鈥檛 want amnesty. He wants "corpses" on the border.

Speaking to , Jones, in full Klan robes, warned that immigrant children crossing the border are a threat to a 鈥渨hite homeland鈥 and simply one more way President Obama has 鈥渟old out the American people.鈥

鈥淚f we can鈥檛 turn them back, I think if we pop a couple of them off and leave their corpses laying at the border maybe they鈥檒l see we鈥檙e serious about stopping immigration,鈥 Jones said.

The situation at the border has intensified in recent weeks as violence has forced many families to help their children cross the border for safety 鈥撯 an option available due to legislation signed by President George W. Bush that gave new protections to children entering the country by prohibiting them from being quickly sent back to their country of origin, the .听In response, militia members armed with assault rifles have once again begun border patrols, and groups like the Klan, long obsessed with a white homeland, have focused their hate toward the border once again.

The Klan has even established a telephone hotline with a pre-recorded message offering a list of supposed "black-on-white" crimes 鈥撯 none of which have anything to do with the border.听鈥淲hites! It is time to arm yourself [sic],鈥 the message begins. The Klan claims thousands are calling the hotline each day, including black people.

鈥淲e鈥檙e starting to see the whites and African-Americans waking up to this illegal immigration problem,鈥 Jones said. 鈥淲e鈥檙e starting to reach out more to the African-American community and talk to them about the same issues, and they鈥檙e agreeing with the Klan that illegal immigration needs to stop.鈥

Of course, for an organization that claims, "If it ain鈥檛 white, it ain鈥檛 right,鈥 such a relationship seems improbable at best.
